Who can say no to potatoes, eggs, bacon, and cheese?
I bet everyone will love this comforting food.
It is super easy to prepare and only uses one skillet!

Once done, transfer to a plate.
If there is too much excess grease, remove some of it.

Step 2:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 3:
In the same skillet, melt the butter.
Once melted, add the diced green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion.

Pour the avocado oil and stir, so the vegetables will not stick to the bottom of the skillet.
Next, add the garlic paste and vegetable base to the veggies.
Mix the ingredients well.
Once the vegetables are cooked, bring back the sausage and add the shredded hash brown.
Season with all-purpose seasoning.
Step 4:
In a bowl, beat 8 eggs until nice and smooth.
Then add the whole milk and cheese.
Pour the egg mixture onto the same skillet.
Fold all ingredients together and top with more cheese.
Step 5:
Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Once the bacon is done, remove it from the oven and chop it into bits.
Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
