Next, add 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 pinches of salt.
(you’ve got the option to adjust the sugar depending on how sweet you like it.)

Blend the mangoes to get a smooth puree.
After this, pour in 1 & 1/4 cups of milk.
After blending, transfer the mixture into a cooking pot.

In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup corn flour and 1/4 cup milk.
Stir well to form a slurry and set it aside.
Next, place the pot with the mango mixture on a stove at medium heat.
Stir it while its being cooked.
Once it begins boiling, reduce the heat to low.
Stir in the slurry slowly and dont stop stirring the mixture to prevent lumps.
Stir vigorously to ensure a smooth consistency.

Continue stirring on low heat for four to five minutes.
(It will start to thicken and bubble at this point.)
Turn off the heat.
Squeeze in the lime juice.

Pour the mixture into greased molds.

Cool the mixture to room temperature, then put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
After refrigerating, un-mold the pudding carefully and transfer it to a saucer, then serve.
