Next, in a pan over medium-high heat, add some cooking oil, then place the salmon.

Sear and fry on both sides until its cooked through.

After the salmon has been cooked, set it aside.

Next, put the cooked rice in a serving bowl and place the salmon over the top.

Get two forks and flake the salmon.

Drizzling the salmon rice bowl with some mayo and sriracha

(Its up to you if you will leave the skin in or out.)

Gently mix everything to combine.

Serve this with a bit of roasted seaweed on the side.
