It will melt completely, just move the pan around a bit.
Step Two
Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a pot.
Start to boil this on medium heat, allowing the sugar to melt.
Boil it to 300 degrees.

Pour the syrup you made in steps one and two into your molds.
Using a round mold is best.
If you want to add color to the shells of the lemonade bombs, add it in this step.
Be sure to spread the syrup quickly because it will harden fast.
