Then place the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Then drizzle some olive oil on top and rub all over.
Cover them up and put the same baking sheet.

Roast the other side for another 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 5:
bring up the foil packet and squeeze the garlic cloves into a bowl.
verify to remove and of the peel that may have fallen in.

Then mash the soft garlic into a paste.
Step 6:
In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Once melted, add the mashed garlic and stir into the butter.
Then add 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley and stir.
Step 7:
Spoon the garlic sauce over the potatoes and toss to evenly coat.
