Prepare all the needed ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, mash4peeled bananas using a fork or a masher.

Beat the eggs with the mixture, adding one egg at a time.
Next, add the mashed bananas and continue beating until well incorporated.
Gradually add 1 tbsp of baking soda and 2 cups of self-rising flour to the mixture.

Give the mixture a quick stir from time to time.
Pour the banana pudding into a casserole or a serving dish.
Place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour before serving.
Serve with a scoop of ice cream of your choice and whipped cream.
