Mix it using a whisk until well combined.
In another bowl, add 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of sugar.
After this, add 1 egg and zest from 1 lemon.
Next, slice the lemon in half and get all juice from it.
(About 1/4 cup.)
After this, add this to the butter mixture.
Beat this until well combined.
Put some cling wrap over the top of the bowl and slip it in the fridge for an hour.
After this, coat it with some powdered sugar and set it aside on a baking tray.
After 14 minutes, get it out of the oven and let it cool completely.
