Place this over the pot of boiling water and stir to melt the cream cheese.
(Turn the heat on low at this point.)
Add egg yolks one by one while mixing the mixture.

(Total of 3 egg yolks.)
Mix it well, then add 1/4 sifted cake flour and 1 & 1/3 tbsp cornstarch.
Mix well until the consistency becomes smooth, then set it aside.

Next, in a bowl, add 240 ml egg whites and beat it with a handheld mixer.
When it foams up, add 1/4 cup sugar.
(Add the sugar in 3 batches.)
After this, add 1/4 tbsp lemon juice.
