Stir and let simmer until the gravy thickens.
Make the gravy thickener by mixing flour and water until well-combined.
Pour it onto the gravy mixture gradually while consistently stirring.

Cover the skillet and let the meat cook for about 25 to 35 minutes.
Stir frequently and add water if you want to loosen the gravy.
Serve with rice and peas.
