Spicy Hash Browns For Breakfast Ingredients

Peel the tomatoes and grate them.

Prepare a bowl filled with ice-cold water.

Put the shredded potatoes in the bowl.

Next, transfer the shredded potatoes into a strainer with a cloth on top.

Do not pour with water, just get the potatoes and let the excess water drip.

Squeeze the water out completely.

Place in a bowl.

Mix all ingredients until well combined.

Step 3:

Place a pan over medium heat and add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Once the oil is hot, put a spoonful of hashbrowns and spread to form a rectangle.

Make 2 per batch.

Cook each side for about 4 minutes or until brown and crispy.

Step 4:

Once cooked, transfer to a plate with a paper towel.

Continue cooking for the remaining batches.
