Pour 33.8 oz of water to the pot and add some salt.
Boil the potatoes until soft.
Once done, remove from water and place on a bowl.

Mash the potatoes, then chop the onions, carrots, and bell peppers.
check that to separate the two onions in two containers.
Mix all ingredients well and cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Cook for about 2 minutes on low heat.
