Chocolate mousse is so delicious and one of my favorite desserts of all time.
double-check and do not use cold whipping cream over your double boiler as it could crack the bowl.
Then set melted chocolate mixture aside and let cool.

Then whip the remaining part of your whipping cream with a whisk or hand mixer.
Then add your cooled delicious creamy chocolate mixture.
Then your mousse is ready when it forms stiff peaks.

This dessert is heavenly, I highly recommend it.
