You do not want to overcook or cook them until brown, you just want to dry them.
Once dry, remove from the heat and set aside.

Let it cool down.
Step 2:
Crack one egg in a bowl.
Beat using a fork then add 1 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Once the cauliflower is cooled, add them to the bowl.
Using a whisk, combine all ingredients.
Step 3:
Put some parchment paper on top of the pizza pan.
Take the cauliflower mixture and transfer it into the pan.
Press it out into a thin pizza crust shape about 1/4 inch thick.
It will hold together well and not take too long to cook.
You dont want the edges of the crust to be thin as they will darken up and appear burnt.
You want to keep the thickness of the crust to be uniform.
Next, top it with basil, spinach, mushroom, cherry tomatoes, and more cheese.
you might put your favorite pizza toppings.
Keep an eye on the edges of the cauliflower crust as it will darken too much if overcooked.
