This project was really easy and fun!
Debi used scrapbook paper, Mod Podge and two ounces of chalk key in paint.
She also shows how easy it is to water distress with a damp cloth.

The look she creates by decoupaging a quilt pattern with scrapbook paper truly does look like an old quilt.
