Its a spaghetti recipe that is sort of in the Lasagna family, but its way easier.

I tried this last night when my husband announced he was bringing his accountant home for dinner.
Then as I fumed in a complete frustrated mess, I remembered seeing this recipe on Pinterest.
I set some ground beef out of the deep freeze and a few hours later made this lovely dish.
I had a bottle of my favorite Chianti ready when Hubs arrived home with his accountant in tow.
The dish was a big hit with everyone and put everyone in a relaxed mood.
My husband started reminiscing about the spaghetti scene in Lady and The Tramp and yes we went there!
The accountant thought we were an adorable pair and cant wait to do our taxes!
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Lay spaghetti flat and wrap beef around it.
Place in skillet and brown on both sides.
Add onion and garlic to center between noodle bundles and saute for a few minutes.
Add chopped bell peppers and saute for a few more minutes.
Pour red wine over all, then pour tomato sauce over that.
Cook on low for 5 minutes.
Top with shredded melted mozzarella cheese.
