Personally, I love making orange mousse, its citrus taste and fluffy texture are just absolutely perfect.
Place a large pot on medium-high heat, then add milk and sugar.
Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Once the milks consistency has thickened, turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
If you want to make it smooth, stir it continuously while it is cooling.
When the milk mixture is cooled, add the collected orange juice and whip until well combined.

Collect 14 cup (50g) orange pulp and add it onto the mixture, fold and mix well.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
